COVID-19 Policy
By purchasing a class, participating or attending any of the classes held by PCB Productions Inc. and/or its affiliates (“ARE-U-GAME”), including, without limitation, the classes to be held at the PCB Studios, you represent you have read and fully understand the terms herein and hereby acknowledge and consent to the following terms: You assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for all and any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attending the classes, whether occurring before, during, or after the classes (each a “Claim” and collectively, the “Claims”). You hereby agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless ARE-U-GAME, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, suits, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to the Claims, including without limitation those Claims that may arise out of the omission or negligence of the parties involved (the “Release”). Consumption of alcohol at events is optional and entirely a personal decision. Participation in the classes during the COVID-19 pandemic carries inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to prevent them. You acknowledge that you are aware that exposure to and/or infection with COVID-19 may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death and therefore you hereby agree to strictly comply with all COVID-19 related protocols and procedures that may be implemented by ARE-U-GAME and PCB Productions, including, without limitation, vaccination, mask, and social distancing requirements, restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, and any other protections deemed necessary to ensure the health and safety of all classes attendees (collectively the “Protocols”). You hereby represent that by purchasing a class, participating in, and attending the classes that you voluntarily assume all risk of exposure to or infection with COVID-19 and that you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with all required dosages of the (1) Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, (2) Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, or (3) Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Release herein shall expressly include any Claims arising out of or relating to your, or any other attendees’, failure to comply with the Protocols and that accordingly ARE-U-GAME, its employees, agents, and representatives, shall bear no liability whatsoever for any Claims relating or arising out of COVID-19, whether occurring before, during, or after participation in the classes.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately due to limited space and availability, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after your reservation is made.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you make a workshop reservation, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our site, new sessions and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our site is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our sessions and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com sites your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is sited only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
